Understanding Our Assessment Fees

We believe in being transparent about the costs associated with our assessments. Below you’ll find a detailed breakdown of fees for each assessment type, along with how payments are structured throughout the assessment process.

If you have insurance coverage, check here to see if your company provides direct billing to our facility.

A deposit will still need to be provided by you, but other fees can be billed directly to your insurance company. The deposit can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Fees & Payment Information

Attentional (ADHD) Assessment

Our ADHD Assessments are $2,800. This is split across three payments. A deposit of $500 is required upon booking. A payment of $900 is due on the first testing day. A final payment of $1,400 is due when booking the feedback session.

Psychoeducational (Learning Disability) Assessment

Our Psychoeducational assessments are $3,200. A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking. A $1,100 payment is due on the first testing day. A final payment of $1,600 is due upon booking the feedback session.

Combined (Learning Disability + ADHD) Assessment

Our Combined Assessments are $3,800. A $500 deposit is required when booking. A $1,400 payment is required on the first testing day. A final payment of $1,900 is due when booking the feedback session.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments are $5,700. A $500 deposit is required when booking. A $2,350 payment is required on the first testing day. A final payment of $2,850 is due when booking the feedback session.

If an alternate payment plan would be beneficial for you, ask us.

Other Fees

Extra Sessions

If you require extra clinical interviews or feedback sessions, these are billed at $350 per hour.

**Please note: most assessments do not require extra sessions.

Missed Sessions

Barring extenuating circumstances, any missed clinical interviews, testing sessions, or feedbacks, are billed at $350 per hour.

Form Completion Fees

For the Disability Tax Credit Certificate, OSAP Disability Verification forms, Post-Secondary Education forms, Workplace forms, and all other form completion, our psychologists charge $330 per hour.

Psychologists will only bill for the time used. Fees may be covered by insurance programs.

Additional Teacher or Parent Forms

One set of forms for parents, one for teachers, and one set of self-forms are included in the flat assessment fee. If you would like additional forms, these can be issued at $300 per set.

Autism Screening Form Addition

If you are unsure about Autism Spectrum Disorder and would like to screen to determine whether an assessment is necessary, we can add these forms to an assessment to rule in or out the need for an Autism Assessment.

These forms do not diagnose Autism! They are used for information purposes only.

Learning Disability Screen

Unsure about assessment? We can complete some aspects of the assessment to determine whether an assessment is necessary. If you move forward with an assessment within 2 months, the results and associated fees will be included in the full assessment.

This is not a diagnostic assessment!

The fee for a Learning Disability Screen is $800.

Medication Efficacy

Is your medication working for you? If you are taking ADHD medication and you are not sure if the medication is working for you, we can give you some objective results to help you understand how and if it is working.

The fee for Medication Efficacy is $1000.

Mental Health Assessment

This assessment is provided to rule in or out Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), or other mental health concerns. Our Mental Health Assessment fee is $2,000. Contact us for more information.
