Office Manager, Burlington
Artemis is now accepting applications for an office manager for our Burlington office.
This position will be part time to start, eventually shifting to full time.

Responsibilities include:
- Being the front-line receptionist for Artemis: greeting clients; answering, resolving, and referring inquiries, and requests by phone, e-mail and in person
- Performing routine clerical functions including typing, copying, scanning, printing and filing
- Performing and ensuring data entry, data protection, computer updates, cloud backup, etc.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and records, according to Artemis standards
- Maintaining the general tidiness and cleanliness of the administration and reception areas
- Ensuring the efficient scheduling of assessment, coaching and therapy clients
- Calculating invoices, processing payment and completing insurance receipts for clients
- Assisting with website updates, social media messaging, marketing, promoting, and advertising
- Contributing to a safe, pleasant, creative and non-threatening environment and assuming a shared responsibility for the culture, morale and wellbeing of Artemis and its employees and leadership
- Working to promote and protect the interests, image and integrity of the organization
- Supporting the Director in promoting, improving and expanding Artemis' client reach
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for clients and staff
- Handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and reporting on the status of work when requested
- Applying sound judgement and working with limited supervision
Qualifications:
- Post secondary diploma/certificate in office or business administration (or comparable).
- Secretarial skills and experience with office procedures required.
- Knowledge and experience with office equipment including personal computers, Microsoft office.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have exceptional time management skills.
- Exemplary understanding of English combined with an excellent ability of communicate complex ideas in English required.
- Must be flexible with working hours.
- Previous experience or understanding of Psychoeducational and Attentional testing a definite asset.

Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre accepts ongoing applications for part-time psychometrists in both our Windsor and Burlington offices.
Our psychometrists conduct psychological assessments (cognitive/intellectual & behavioural) under the supervision of psychologists. We assess and treat individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder.
We continue to provide all of our usual assessment services in person during the COVID-19 pandemic using strenuous Covid-19 safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Masters level degree in Psychology or related area.
Training and experience in conducting psychological assessments, including test administration, scoring, and reporting behavioural observations, using a variety of measures is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
Experience conducting assessments across a range of age groups is not necessary but preferred.
Comfort with computer usage for reporting, scheduling, and telehealth services.
Schedule work hours are part-time and flexible - can include daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend hours, depending on psychometrist availability. Availability for one to two assessments per week, on average, is expected.
