Receptionist/Assistant to the Director
Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre is seeking applications for a full-time Receptionist/Assistant to the Director for our Windsor location.
Yearly based, commensurate with experience, to be negotiated.
Post-secondary education or extensive experience. Psychological experience is a definite asset.
At Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre, we assess children, adolescents, and adults for Specific Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Giftedness. In our busy offices, we ensure that we take time to care for ourselves with yoga and meditation breaks, fun days, and team-building events. We are a rapidly growing company with offices in Windsor and Burlington.

Preparing accurate receipts for insurance purposes.
Managing scheduling for psychometrists and coaches.
Ordering office supplies.
Ordering testing administration materials.
Organizing and maintaining files.
Marketing and social media support.
Administrative support for the company director.
Other duties as assigned, dependent upon experience.
